"Please pray for me!" is a simple request with powerful results. When someone asks I consider it an honor. They are saying "I trust you with this." In return, praying for someone is a blessing for me.

You do not need to use your full name. Please refrain from using the full name of anyone for whom you may be requesting prayers.
I do ask that you kindly limit the length of your request. God knows all the details, we just need to know the request.
